Job Description: This position will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail within the company. It ensures that all mail is sent using the correct sending method. This area routes all particles to their respective areas. Shipping & Distribution tracks all of the incoming and outgoing items and keeps accurate records for verification purposes. Shipping & Distribution is responsible for scanning all documents as well as prepping and post scanning them accordingly. Essential Functions Intake rejects and prints barcodes (tech/fee). Intake returned signed docs from clients. Intake all the Client Prep orders. Intake all recorded docs into a batch and print letters or cover pages for the post scanner to attach. This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail Oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment. Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals. Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience No previous experience required. Compensation Compensation: $15.00/per hour Experience Level* Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
