DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Information Technology Policy Associate 2, you will act as the Division Coordinator for all radio infrastructure ownership requirements and collocation activity documentation. You will oversee defined communication site documentation and collocation project milestone deliverables for accuracy and completeness. You will create and review service requests using Service Now tickets; review division database information for accuracy; and distribute reports for tower inspections, structural maintenance, drawing updates, and equipment decommissions. This role requires the ability to ensure Statewide Radio Network Division (SRND) and 911 collocation projects are maintained. In addition, you will collaborate with consultants and installation vendors about deliverables and requirements, conduct on-sight visits, and provide updates regarding construction and forecasted completion dates. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $67,736.00 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Information Technology Policy Associate 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two (2) years of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; or
- One (1) year of technical experience in IT resource management or policy analysis work and a Master's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Policy Analysis and Planning, or a related field, which included or was supplemented by 6 college level credits in information technology; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a valid class C driver's license.
- You must possess two or more years of experience generating and distributing reports.
- You must possess two or more years of experience managing department documents.
- You must possess two or more years of experience managing agreement documentation.
- You must posses two or more years of experience working with external business partners and vendors.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass criminal history and background investigations if you do not have a current Pennsylvania State Police background on file.
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
