DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position is in the Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO). It serves as the Network Operations Customer Success Manager (CSM) within the Architecture, Engineering, and Customer Service section. The Network Operations CSM acts as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and the ETSO, aligning network operations and services with business objectives. The incumbent fosters collaborative relationships, identifies opportunities for innovation, and ensures that technology solutions support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The role advocates for agency needs, enhances service delivery, and promotes technology adoption to optimize business results. The Network Operations CSM ensures effective integration of these services into the Commonwealth's IT strategy while maximizing efficiency and value. Finally, the position represents the organization's offerings, provides input on processes and services, and helps guide solutions for both agencies and external clients.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, three days a week in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or
  • Ten years of professional information technology experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must have at least five years of total technical experience in the network technology field in a corporate environment, with at least two years of experience supporting network or firewall solutions.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

  • You must meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
