Event Planning Lead
About the role:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating unforgettable events? As our Event Planning Lead, you'll guide an enthusiastic team of planners, ensuring every event is executed with precision and flair. You'll be the driving force behind process optimization while also being the go-to person for client satisfaction. This is a people management position that will work closely with team members and our client alike.
You're Good At:
- Leading and mentoring a talented team of event planners.
- Overseeing the entire event planning process, from concept to execution.
- Developing clear procedures and standards to ensure consistency.
- Evaluating workflows and finding innovative ways to streamline operations.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
You Might Also Have:
- 5+ years of experience in event planning, especially for complex events.
- Proven leadership skills with a knack for team development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with event technologies (think Cvent, Momentus).
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

- This role is in-office 5 days per week at our client's office in Beaverton, OR.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Planning Lead is between $75,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
