  • Enhance/replace our current analytics to more effectively unearth FX opportunities within the existing client base, track revenue trends, and monitor the performance and effectiveness of the sales team on a real-time basis.
  • Conduct internal and external training sessions on our FX products and services, to improve visibility, enable our partners to cross-sell our products, and increase client awareness of our capabilities.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to ensure our product set continues to evolve and remains relevant for our clients and competitive relative to our peers.
  • Attend industry and client events.

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, a graduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • 10 years of relevant current experience in foreign exchange sales or sales-trading role with a sophisticated commercial or investment bank.
  • A deep understanding of foreign exchange products and markets, trading techniques, risk management principles, and the ability to price all types of FX transactions and structures.
  • Deep knowledge of FX trading, risk management, aggregation, ERP and other client-facing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with The Dodd Frank Act and other regulatory requirements, understanding of FX credit exposure and monitoring, and client-facing credit and legal documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, oral and written communication skills. Must be highly motivated, with strong leadership and organizational skills, possess the ability to work collaboratively across the organization and build relationships and partnerships.
  • Expertise in using Bloomberg, Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used platforms and software is required.
