The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Hospice Business Operations team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various departments. This position involves coordinating schedules, managing logistics for meetings and events, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the department leaders as well as executives from other hospice departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • Minimum three (3) years in administrative support role
  • Admistrative experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to keep up with hectic scheduling demands
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a variety of disciplines
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
