Staffmark is now hiring a skilled Mechanical Technician for a

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00/hour (Direct Hire)

Shifts Available:



  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Rotating Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (includes weekends/OT as needed)



Job Duties:



  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
  • Assist with line upgrades and changeovers
  • Maintain documentation and enforce safety/GMP standards
  • Oversee contractors and support continuous improvement



Qualifications:



  • 6+ months of mechanical maintenance experience
  • Familiar with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Able to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; work in physically demanding environments
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
