Now Hiring: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Location: Onsite | Full-Time

We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering team within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role where your technical expertise and collaborative mindset will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and innovation.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Direct and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering growth and technical excellence.



  • Drive engineering strategy to support lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost reduction.



  • Oversee equipment design, upgrades, and maintenance to support operational efficiency.



  • Act as the site's technical SME-supporting cross-functional collaboration across production, QA, and maintenance.



  • Manage strategic and day-to-day projects from budgeting and scheduling to successful implementation.



  • Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, improve yield, and ensure regulatory compliance.




What You Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MS or MBA preferred).



  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.



  • At least 3 years of engineering team management or supervision.



  • Green Belt certification required; Black Belt is a strong plus.



  • Background in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.



  • Deep knowledge of FDA/MDD regulations and ISO 13485 standards.



  • Proficient in MS Office; CADD or solid modeling software is a plus.



  • Strong communicator who can influence across departments without authority.




Bonus Points For:


  • Experience with new product development and innovation pipelines.



  • Injection molding expertise and familiarity with plastic materials or resin behavior.
