Your Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient supply of finished goods (FG) across the global supply network, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and inventory optimization. You will create and manage mid-to-long-term network supply plans, addressing risks related to demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and material availability. You will play a key part in the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, supporting financial planning and ensuring supply stability across multiple manufacturing sites and markets. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Procurement teams to drive supply chain excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Supply Planning & Network Optimization

  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end network supply plan, balancing supply and demand across the medium-to-long-term horizon.

  • Translate demand forecasts into rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) to optimize production efficiency and working capital utilization.

  • Monitor and manage supply constraints, inventory levels, and replenishment plans across multiple sites.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing plants, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of supply strategies with business objectives.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain parameters, including safety stock levels, lead times, order quantities, and product life cycle management.

SIOP & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead supply planning efforts in the regional SIOP process, ensuring accurate supply forecasts and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Work closely with Demand Planners, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial teams to align supply strategies with evolving business needs.

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for supply-related challenges, resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted product availability.

  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate network design changes, identifying opportunities for supply chain resilience and efficiency improvements.

Risk & Scenario Planning

  • Identify potential supply risks and opportunities, conducting scenario planning to mitigate disruptions and capitalize on efficiencies.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

  • Develop and track key supply chain performance metrics, including service levels, capacity utilization, and inventory performance.

  • Lead supply network contingency planning, ensuring supply continuity during demand surges, supplier disruptions, or capacity constraints.

Process Improvement & System Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, technology, and reporting tools.

  • Support automation and analytics advancements to enhance planning efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems, maintaining key supply chain parameters and master data governance.

  • Implement best practices in inventory management, replenishment, and production scheduling.

People Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop a team of network supply planners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance supply planning capabilities.

  • Establish clear performance expectations and drive accountability for delivering forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service excellence.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply planning, network planning, or SIOP within a complex global supply chain environment.

  • Experience managing end-to-end supply planning processes, including demand translation, RCCP, and supply constraint management.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

  • Expertise in network supply planning principles, including capacity planning, replenishment strategies, and inventory optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable supply chain strategies.

  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rapid Response, or similar ERP/APS tools).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to drive change, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of accountability.

  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, making strategic decisions under uncertainty.
