About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in supporting our growing aerospace operations. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on engineering, manufacturing, and operations talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience recruiting in highly regulated or advanced manufacturing industries.

This role can be done remotely with possible travel, <15%.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding activities.
  • Promote continuous improvement in recruiting workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for specialized roles in aerospace engineering, quality, production, and support functions.
  • Monitor talent market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs, and define talent profiles.
  • Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process; maintain clear and timely communication with all candidates.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with internal policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other employment laws and standards.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles to ensure we're hiring proactively, not reactively, as we continue to scale.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of corporate, full-cycle recruiting experience within a manufacturing industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates of all levels.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing roles such as engineers, quality inspectors, machinists, and support functions like supply chain, safety, and finance.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Location : Candidates located within the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred due to the location of the majority of our US sites.
