Hybrid Role - Wednesdays are mandatory in Office. The other 4 days are remote. Must have high speed internet and a quiet workspace. They are handling a lot of financial information. Core Schedule: 9am to 6pm, 1 hour lunch Typical case load is 60-80 cases a day. When on the phones, average call volume is also 40-50 calls a day. The goal is to resolve the cases within 24 hours turnaround time. The cases and phoen calls they are receicing are specific to payment processing. Point and Pay handles a lot of payment processing for government, city and state portals. Job Duties: - Helping customers to make payments through the online payment portal - troubleshooting issues and errors - answering questions about the payment process, the website or the portal - working with back office to resolve card reader issues or website issues - setting up auto payments - documenting conversations and cases in salesforce and other CRM tools *Skills* data entry, Call center, Customer service, Customer support, Customer service skills, banking, payment processor, Operation, Customer service oriented *Top Skills Details* data entry,Call center,Customer service,Customer support,Customer service skills,banking,payment processor *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE: - at least 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical capacity - STRONG computer skills! Ability to navigate multiple payment systems and CRM systems - Someone who has knowledge of payments <-- someone who is a strong shopper online and knows how online payments work - multi tasking ability. Talking while typing and navigataing systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong Data Entry stills - Strong attention to detail. If one number is wrong, it could cause the payment to not go through - Ability to follow a script while on calls NICE TO HAVE: - merchant services experience - degree - salesforce or CRM experience DQ's: - job tenure. No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
