Our mission is to build a best-in-class tax function through operational excellence, strong controls, a high-performing team, and advanced data and technology capabilities.Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Tax Officer, the Head of Tax Operations will lead Allstate's income tax financial reporting and compliance functions. This role oversees federal tax operations, including tax projections, provision processes, and return filings. The Director will also spearhead a tax transformation initiative aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing controls. This leader will play a key role in supporting tax planning and strategy execution to optimize post-tax earnings across the enterprise.
