We are looking for a Digital Cloud Solution Architect - Independent Software Vendor & Digital Natives who is interested in driving our customers' application innovation & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this Digital Cloud Solution Architect (D-CSA) role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsoft Azure and GitHub customer base. This customer-facing position is a technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions and engage with customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers and developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption. We are searching for a Digital Cloud Solution Architect (D-CSA) for each of the following technical areas: Applications and AI, Data, and Infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their business goals and map Microsoft solutions and services to desired outcomes.Accelerate solution delivery and adoption through value-based engagements and reusable intellectual property (IP).Support customer readiness by leading technical sessions, workshops, and skilling activities that promote operational excellence and cloud adoption.Drive cloud consumption and business growth by identifying opportunities, delivering demos, and collaborating with internal teams and partners.Ensure smooth deployment by aligning licensing and project engagements with validated implementation plans.Use tools like the Azure Pricing Calculator, ROI (return on investment) Tool, and TCO (total cost of ownership) Tool to demonstrate the economic value of Microsoft Cloud solutions.Share insights and technical guidance with internal teams and communities. Contribute to IP development, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement.Stay current with certifications and accreditations relevant to your technical focus area.You will exhibit experience and knowledge in one of the following areas: Applications & AI, Data, or Infrastructure, with working knowledge across the others: Applications & AI:Design and implement AI and application architectures using frameworks like Agentic AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native patterns (Application Programming Interfaces [APIs], containers, microservices).Apply AI management and security practices, including GenAI Ops, monitoring, and governance.Stay up to date with Azure, AI, and DevOps/GitHub capabilities. Maintain knowledge in one or more enterprise languages like .NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or related.Troubleshoot and optimize applications using Microsoft best practices, escalating to support or engineering as needed. Data:Build and manage solutions using Microsoft Fabric, real-time analytics, BI, and Azure databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL).Lead migrations from on-premises platforms (e.g., Teradata, Netezza, Exadata) and Hadoop to Azure, including Databricks integration. Infrastructure:Partner with customers to co-develop secure, scalable architectures using the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Unified Support, and Cloud Migration Factory (CMF).Address technical blockers and competitive challenges by collaborating with engineering and specialist teams.Lead cloud migration efforts across workloads (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL, applications) with a focus on resiliency, security, and compliance.Maintain experience and knowledge in hybrid solutions, including Azure VMware Services (AVS).
