What You'll Do



  • Set up and operate production processes and equipment for LTCC and/or wire-wound components.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical testing on in-process and finished parts.
  • Accurately record test data throughout the production process.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in training new NASCENTechnology operators.
  • Adhere to all quality systems, safety, and health standards, including cleanroom protocols (Class 10,000).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to export controls.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.



What You'll Bring



  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid green card not employed by a foreign company).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Strong commitment to process improvement and effective communication.
  • Previous experience in transformer manufacturing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site (remote work not available).
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
