How you will make history here...

* Significant impact across the total Snacks portfolio and all retailers.

What you will do...
* Drive deep Shopper Insights into the business teams across sales and marketing within the Snacks division.
* Responsible for development of the Snacks Shopper Insights Learning Plan and budgeting aligned to fiscal year priorities.
* Owns execution of Learning Plan by identifying vendors, scoping work, and leading research projects.
* Delivers key insights and strategic action plans based off learning plan across division, whether it be with our internal teams (sales and/or marketing) or externally (sales or customer facing).
* Identify and drive action on key priorities for our brands and retailers.
* Influence the core strategic thinking for the division across brands and retailers by leveraging deep understanding of the demand landscape, trends, primary and secondary data during the AOP and Strategic Plan process.
* Partner directly with sales teams to set priorities and learning plans for key brands and retailers, identifying portfolio opportunities across retailers through deep understanding of trends and sales data.
* Bring fresh thinking and perspective on research techniques, implementation of best-in-class thinking and principles.
* Foster a strong relationship with key external research partners to stay on top of latest thinking, trends and implementation of best practices in the store environment.
* Partner with other Insights professionals in the organization on key projects, enterprise initiatives, and forward strategic thinking to drive long term growth.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* 12+ years' experience in Insights with a significant portion dedicated to Shopper Insights

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* CPG/Food experience preferred
* Prior Sales experience preferred

This role is fully remote. Ideal location is Northeastern region due to regular travel to Camden, NJ HQ and/or other local offices for customer meetings, as needed (~15 - 20% travel).

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$138,000-$198,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
