Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Oversees I.T. Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Support Services, Applications Development, Enterprise Resource Software administration and development among the main areas that conform the I.T. Department. * Develops strategic and resource development plans that aligns with business expectations. * Continuously collaborates with third parties and organizations to research and develop the implementation of new technologies that can contribute to efficiency gains within the business. * Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to handle all I.T. related functions meeting Company objectives and business expectations. * Establish effective relationships and work closely with management and staff in technology and stakeholder clients to develop technology strategies and an overall plan for implementation. * Communicate with management across the company and work cross-functional to make improvements, assess problems and create solutions. * Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment. * Continuously assess security threats and adapt security measures accordingly. * Prepare and manage the security department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Oversees the maintenance and development of applications for all areas of the organization including but not limited to Manufacturing Software. * Oversees all I.T. related steering committees for the development of proper solutions compatible to achieve business objectives. * Provide leadership and vision and oversee the management of an array of IT functions. * Work with pertinent parties in assessing organizational challenges and global trends. * Develop and implement an aspect of a global IT strategy and plan and oversee the implementation, ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Master Degree is preferable * Licenses/Certifications: o CISSP, SANS, CSSLP, ITIL, CISA, PMP, TBM certifications are a plus. * Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: o At least 10 years' experience in a top management role within I.T. environments; manufacturing experience is a plus. o Proven experience cyber security leadership roles, with a strong preference for manufacturing industry experience. o Knowledge of industrial security best practices around ERP Management, Administration and Scalability. o Knowledge in implementation of Business Intelligence platforms synchronized with enterprise resource planning and accounting systems. * Core Competencies: o Excellent leadership and team management skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work cross functionally with all levels.
