Snowflake is seeking an experienced technology transactions/commercial contracting leader to join us as a Director, Assistant General Counsel - Procurement reporting to a VP, Deputy General Counsel - Commercial and to help scale and mature our growing, world-class procurement-legal team as Snowflake continues to grow in size and expand our business. We are looking for someone with demonstrated leadership skills who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, collaborative and pragmatic problem solver who excels at negotiating complex vendor agreements and leading key team initiatives, including the improvement of templates, processes and cross-functional workflows. Top-tier writing and analytical skills are required, as is a demonstrated ability to recognize and weigh business and legal risks, think strategically, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and advance practical solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Menlo Park or Dublin (California). RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
