You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Pump & Motors Field Services Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Pump and Motor Field Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Daily supervision and leadership for a Pump & Motors Field Services team of technicians.
• Planning and scheduling work for PMFS related tasks and projects
• Managing workflow
• Evaluating projected workload and staffing levels
• Coordination with Pump & Motor Service Center
• Resource Development
• Engineering
• Project Managers
• Supervising the execution of technical processes
• Reviewing progress
• Supporting periodic Project Status Meetings for upcoming outage season projects
• Providing assistance to the Field Services Operation Manager
• Setting objectives/goals for team members with a focus on technical development, technical proficiency, and organizational goals.
• Providing input to employee appraisals
• Other responsibilities include oversight and implementation of Field Services equipment into Framatome Equipment System

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
