Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient professional to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across the Axiom development lifecycle for Regulatory Reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the US-Regulatory reporting, deep expertise in Axiom Controller View and, and hands-on experience in data modeling and reporting frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Technical solution design and delivery for regulatory reporting using Axiom Controller View.
- Drive full-cycle development across Axiom architecture using all types of business objects and application functionality.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and develop scalable solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and shell scripts.
- Design and implement robust data integration and transformation pipelines from source systems to reporting environments.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, performance optimization, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with QA and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy and completeness in regulatory reports.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the delivery team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming Preferred:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the financial services industry.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Development experience with Axiom Controller View, including design and development of complex reporting solutions.
- Techno functional skills and independently manage regulatory upgrades.
- In-depth understanding of Axiom components, including Data Sources, Data Models, Calculation Rules, and Report Building.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise-scale data marts and managing large volumes of financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can convey complex ideas to diverse types of audiences
- Experience working in a dynamic and complex environment
