Principal Financial Planning & Analysis - Outcomes and Customer Success

This position will be a key partner to the Outcomes and Customer Success Organizations, operational staff, and project management office. The opportunity to spearhead project financials by driving in-depth technical analysis for present and future financial performance. You will have the opportunity to interface with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages innovative operational and/or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans.

• Manages and understands project budgets, the overall department annual budget and rolling forecast, ensuring business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments.

• Leads the preparation of financial reporting, financial forecasts, and analytics and presents to senior leadership.

• Prepares and manages complex financial models to drive strategic decision-making.

• Assist with detailed requirements gathering, specific tasks include finalizing global process, identifying and validating local / statutory / tax reporting, identifying and reviewing localizations/customizations and identifying operational reporting requirements.

• Create and maintain strong internal control environment to minimize Sox related issues.

• Fosters the development of strong relationships with stakeholders and customers (internal and external).

• Contributes and may lead cross-functional business projects.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a strategic finance role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI (preferred).

• Advanced Oracle Hyperion Essbase skills or similar cube-based reporting platform is required.

• Expertise in creating and managing complex financial models.

• Excellent communication skills with all levels of a corporate ladder.

• Ability to contest the status quo and be a change agent.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of organizational skills.

• Ability to drive progress forward in a hybrid work environment (virtual/in-office).

• Experience in financial analysis for software as a service and managed service solutions a plus.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance or other business-related discipline; MBA a plus.

Travel:0 - 10%

Location: Liberty Lake, WA. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in office per week.

Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this role is $96,000 - $175,000. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
