• Review/approve employee expense report submissions
• Provide expense training and/or assistance to employees when needed, and enter expenses
• Approve expense authorization
• Enter and update accounting data in an automated system
• File and retrieve financial documents, records, and reports electronically
• Enter data into the travel and accounting system
• Serve as backup to complete the processing of benefits and overhead invoices
• Maintain electronic and/or physical records
• UtilizeDeltek CostPoint T&E
• Performing monthly activities in support of the financial close process
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• 1+ years of Accounting-related experience
• Experience with CostPoint is a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt to impromptu deadlines
• Problem-solving skills
• Independent thinker
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Adobe)
• Excellent work ethic and desire to "do what it takes to get it done right the first time"

• High School Diploma
• Bachelors Degree preferred
