Deliver impactful training that drives consistent performance and implement quality review measures to ensure alignment. Collaborate with Mission Critical leadership to define the learning strategy, prioritization, roll out, and evaluation of learning across all construction competencies. This includes the maintenance of knowledge management tools and learning curriculums and will incorporate knowledge and learning in technical, process, system, and professional skills. Lead Mission Critical specific content creation efforts through developing a diverse group of subject matter experts to define process, best practice, and evaluation opportunities. Create effective content that improves operational efficiency as demonstrated through measurable results. Facilitate live and virtual in-person courses across a wide range of construction topics that includes the utilization of adult learning principles, strong presentation skills and the ability to create meaningful engagement with learners. Help define and implement feedback mechanisms that ensure the policies, best practices and guidance in the curriculum are being implemented on projects. Partner with the business to develop systems and perform quality checks as part of achieving measurable results. Extensive domestic travel to active job sites to deliver training and measure impact. 80% domestic travel required. Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field and must possess at least 3 years (36 months) of experience in commercial construction project management. Must possess at least 3 years (36 months) of experience with all of the following:(a) public speaking; (b) partnering with subject matter experts to interpret customer needs; (c) managing design/build projects; (d) providing design, development, and scheduling for project plans; (e) controlling budgets; (f) utilizing each of the following: construction means and methods; knowledge of building types; material pricing; Procore, and MS Project.
