Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Timmons Group is looking for an experiencedSoutheast Marketing Managerto join our Raleigh, NC office. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead marketing efforts across our seven offices in North Carolina and South Carolina, working closely with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about winning.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee regional marketing strategy, proposal development, and client engagement initiatives. Your leadership will drive the success of pursuits, elevate our storytelling, and strengthen our brand presence across the Southeast.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the proposal process, including go/no-go decisions and quality control.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with firmwide goals.
  • Facilitate marketing meetings and ensure consistent communication across offices.
  • Track leads and opportunities, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Mentor and manage marketing staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with technical teams and firm leadership.
  • Lead the development of complex RFP responses and interview presentations.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and storytelling strategies.

Skills/Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experiencein AEC marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of theAEC industry's marketing lifecycle.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Deltek(with the ability to train others).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal oversight.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Active involvement in the AEC community with established industry relationships.
