Lipscomb Academy - High School Football - Offensive Assistant Coach

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated Offensive Assistant Coach to support its high school football program. This position will work directly with the offensive coaching staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist with offensive game plan and weekly preparation
• Support practice organization, drills and player developement
• Assist with position groups as assigned by offensive coordinator
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
