Energy Project Development Representative
Working Hours/Days Monday - Friday
7:00am to 5:00PM Overview We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Energy Project Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with utilities, electric power producers, retail electric providers, engineers, and end users to develop small to medium-scale energy projects. These include sustainable energy systems for utilities, commercial and industrial facilities, campuses, and municipalities. While educating customers on opportunities to monetize onsite power, you will lead the development and installation of generation, microgrid, hybrid energy, and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions offered by Caterpillar and our channel partners. Basic Duties Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop energy project opportunities with a focus on distributed generation using natural gas and renewable fuels, CHP (Combined Heat and Power), energy storage, and utility scale PV.

Altorfer Industries offers an industry leading compensation and benefit package:
Payrate: $75,000 - $150,000 annually. This is a sales position with a base salary plus commission. There is no cap on earnings potential once established. Posted Min USD $75,000.00/Yr. Posted Max USD $150,000.00/Yr. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions This position works in an office environment most of the time and occasionally travels to customer sites. Office environment will include sitting at a desk for a period of time to answer phone calls or use a keyboard to complete documents and communicate through email. The noise level at the customer's site may be moderate to low and the office environment is usually low. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields, steel toe boots, hard hat, etc.) when needed. May, on a continuous basis, walk, bend and lift up to 25lbs. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel will be required.
