Overview:
The Division IT Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all information technology systems across division locations. This role supports both on-site and remote users, maintaining technical efficiency and operational standards through proactive support, training, and system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and effective technical solutions by phone, remote access and hands on support to all division personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of IT hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, telephony systems, and A/V equipment.
• Provide rotating, 24/7 technical support for all division staff, including remote offices and field sales teams.
• Train users on Microsoft Office and other productivity tools to enhance daily operations.
• Support and train users on proprietary BEK software applications.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, including Active Directory, Entree
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventories.
• Provide technical support and training for direct order entry systems, both remotely and on-site.
• Support DSRs in promoting BEK technology solutions to customers through presentations and demonstrations.

Education: Two years Associate Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a network domain environment and certification such as CompTIA A+.

Work Experience: 2 years hands on hardware and software support.
