JOB TITLE: Desktop Support Technician LOCATION: Houston, TX (onsite) POSITION REPORTS TO: Service Desk Manager WAGES: Commensurate with experience SCHEDULE: 8:00am to 5:00pm: some overtime and weekends: some travel required The primary duties of this position are the installation, configuration, upgrade, set up of end user systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. This position will also be supporting drivers with mobile app installation and usage. The position will support the company during normal working hours and participate in the On-Call rotation. SME in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, network printing, and IOS and Android devices. Manage the printer counts and invoices monthly for our printer maintenance contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES
