We are currently seeking a Production Administrative Clerk for our Mohawk Labs Facility located in Indianapolis, IN.

Summary

Reporting to the plant management the Production Administrative Clerkwill join our team to support a dynamic and ever changing distribution environment. The position will perform tasks designed to maintain documentation, records, training and compliance in the areas of Environmental, Health and Safety.

Responsibilities and experience:

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

The primary focus for this position is to ensure that the Mohawk Indy Facilities comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.

Primary duties:

1. Set up, allocate, and complete work orders from our system to meet production and filling schedules

2. Print labels off of our system that correspond to the work orders being set up

3. Coordinator between our production and filling managers with our warehouse workers to meet production and filling schedule

4. Help maintain accurate inventory for components

5. Perform monthly safety meetings

6. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. 1 - 3 years related experience in manufacturing / warehouse administrative role

2. A successful candidate must have good communication skills

3. Extremely Detail Oriented

4. Ability to handle ever changing, multiple priorities.

5. Team Player

6 High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent

7. Experience using Oracle, Excel, Precision or similar transportation software is a plus
