We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to support our business, the candidate will be responsible for supporting our business in office and in the field. They will be performing a variety of support activities while maintaining strong communication with field & business users around expectations and solutions. We are looking for a professional IT Support Technician that is service/support oriented to support our business. This role will report to the Enterprise Operations Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to the following: oProvide support that meets the high expectations of field and business users oDevelop new and maintain knowledge articles to teach helpdesk and level 1 teams oDetermine best course of action for users based on troubleshooting oDetermine hardware specs needed for client while developing client solutions oPrioritize and maintain issues in Service Now for supported staff oAnalysis of software use case to determine hardware needs oDevelop fixes for problems, test, revise and document fix oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a better experience for the end user oAct and present self as extremely professional oDevelop process with new & existing technology oTest hardware configurations oSME for unique technologies; segment specific oAccountable to operational tasks within all aspects of IT space oDocument, test, deploy new hardware/software solutions Qualifications: oBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. oProficient in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio. oStrong written and verbal communication skills (English). oExperience in responding with the highest level of professionalism in stressful, urgent situations. oA technical understanding of IT networks, Audio/Video rooms, and IT applications. oProficient, and/or Thorough understanding of computer-related AV applications, systems, and tools. oExcellent organizational skills and analytic, problem-solving skills. oImpeccable confidentiality, attention to detail, and self-organization. oSelf-directed and motivated with a positive and willing attitude. oAbility to troubleshoot technical issues while communication with peers & users oKnowing UiPath or other RPA applications is a plus!
