Job Opportunity: Regional Enrollment Coordinator
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid)

Position Summary As a Regional Enrollment Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and university partners. You'll guide students through our study abroad and internship enrollment process and build strong relationships with universities in your assigned region. Your work will directly contribute to organizational growth and student success. Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Total Compensation Potential: $65,000+ (base salary plus commission) Key Responsibilities Student Enrollment (70%)
- Engage with applicants to guide them through the enrollment process
- Conduct internship enrollment interviews and offer personalized support
- Advise study abroad applicants on requirements and documentation
- Communicate with students, parents, and partners via phone and email
- Keep accurate records using our CRM system (HubSpot)
University Relations (25%)
- Collaborate with University Relations teams to support institutional partners
- Serve as a key point of contact for advisors in your region
- Assist with virtual and in-person events: webinars, orientations, career sessions, study abroad fairs
- Analyze enrollment trends and share insights with university partners
Marketing & Data Support (5%)
- Assist with data collection and analysis to support strategic decisions
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts for target institutions
Success in the Role
- 30 days in: You're trained and actively engaging with applicants
- 60 days in: You've started meeting with university partners
- 90 days in: You're managing a full caseload and confident in the process
- 1 year in: You've helped increase regional enrollment by 3%
You'll be evaluated on:
- Enrollment conversion rates and achievement of individual/team goals
- Quality of applicant support and communication
- Collaboration with your regional team
- Efficiency, innovation, and organization
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in a professional setting (sales, university administration, or similar preferred)
- At least two continuous months abroad (study, travel, or work)
- Strong interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills
- Commitment to diversity and supporting underrepresented student groups
- High level of organization and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work from Stamford, CT office 2 days/week
Preferred:
- Experience in a sales role or university setting
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Studied at or worked with institutions in your assigned region
- Working proficiency in Spanish
- Former AIFS participant or international education experience
