Solvere is seeking a Supply Technician that will provide Supply Support services to Naval Expeditionary Combat Command in Virginia Beach, Virginia. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Individual will provide support across multiple NECC functional areas to train general equipment managers, with property and inventory management, and provide data management support and good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, and NECC policies. Will be traveling 70% of the time, primarily in the Virginia Beach area with some travel to California, Mississippi, and Hawaii
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Inventory and alignment to unit of action of all TOA equipment prioritizing Combat Essential Equipment (CEE), then Critical End items (CE), and then Supporting End Items (SE).
- Generate and provide Daily production reports, weekly summary reports. Complete additional ad hoc reports as requested by NECC.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree or equivalent USN training/experience preferred.
REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience working with property management applications to include validating data, data quality, troubleshooting and resolved database issues to ensue date integrity.
- A good working knowledge of government supply systems programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals and other established guidelines.
- Supply management work with a background in inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization, related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
TRAVEL:
- Expected travel 70% of the year.
SECURITY:
- Active SECRET clearance required.
