Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Serve as an lead developer on omni channel platforms. Build microservices in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Work across organizations and cross-functional teams. Analyze issues and partner with technology teams to determine issue and impact to current systems. Provide guidance to the team members, both onshore and offshore to analyze, develop, unit test, system test, system support. Responsible for ticket triaging to evaluate the priority of incidents based on the available timeline and risks involved. Track tickets, report to various team, track status and contribute to automation discussion. Monitor multiple systems using multiple tools, identify, report and ensure closure. Analyze, debug and fix production issues. Assist with application outages, including root cause analysis, and work with respective teams to provide incident responses. Identify client issues, and handle client inquiries and escalations. Use software development tools and technologies, including Java, microservices, web services, JUnit, Mockito, FitNesse, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, Oracle, DB2, PosgreSQL, QPID, Javascript, CSS, XML, XSD, JSON, and Spring Framework including Core, MVC, Context, Web, ORM, DAO, Transactions, JMS, Retry, Batch, and JPA.

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer or in a related/similar position. 8 years of experience in software or applications development using Java. Experience therein to include 5 years of experience using web services, JUnit, Mockito, FitNesse, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat, Oracle, XML, and Spring including Core, MVC, Context, Web, ORM, DAO, Transactions, JMS, Retry, Batch, and JPA. Experience therein to include 4 years of experience using Microservices, DB2, PosgreSQL, QPID, Javascript, CSS, XSD, and JSON. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
