A reasonable estimate that the University expects to pay for this position at 100% time is $95,700 to $178,600 (50% time appointment = $47,850 to $89,300) Percent time:

1 year with the possibility to extend Application Window Open date: July 16, 2025 Next review date: Wednesday, Jul 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Oct 31, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology (CCSP) at UC Santa Barbara invites applications for a Specialist with expertise in Developmental Psychology to support interdisciplinary initiatives designed to improve developmental, behavioral, and mental health equity and service delivery. This position will provide comprehensive research and evaluation support on projects focused on preparing graduate students and mental health practitioners to promote the developmental, behavioral, and mental health of youth in high-need and underserved communities. The Specialist will collaborate with faculty, project staff, students, and community stakeholders to advance developmental and school psychology research with an emphasis on equity, early intervention, culturally responsive care, and interdisciplinary training. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives that are shaping the future of the behavioral health workforce in education and allied health. Primary Responsibilities: Qualifications Basic qualifications

PhD in Developmental Psychology or related field Additional qualifications

10 years post PhD completion of relevant research/evaluation experience Preferred qualifications
