Provide account-specific support for reporting and JLL Engineering compliance program activities. Job Responsibilities Operations
  • Input, review, and complete work orders, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy in support of financial accounting and approval processes
  • Address and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from team members, suppliers, and clients in a timely manner
  • Assist Facility Managers with proposal preparation, ensuring all support teams review and provide approval
  • Submit proposals to clients on schedule and secure purchase orders prior to project start
  • Manage on-time completion, first-time fix, and proper documentation of work orders, including both preventative maintenance and reactive requests
  • Support subcontractors with work order-related inquiries while ensuring compliance and timely completion
  • Coordinate with team on financial and budget-related issues
  • Identify operational challenges and request assistance as needed
Reporting
  • Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial facilities data
  • Perform work order system data mining and analysis
Other
  • Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications Education
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 2-year degree
Experience
  • Required: 1-2+ years of related experience
  • Preferred: Facilities management or engineering background
Skills and Knowledge
  • Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Maintain regular/predictable in-office attendance to support team and client needs
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and self-management skills
    • Excellent internal and external customer service orientation with a "team player" attitude
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to build effective relationships
    • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Working Conditions

Typical office environment with required onsite presence to fulfill work requirements. Occasional remote work may be permitted upon request.
