Join our dynamic team as an Intake and Triage Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care and support they need-accurately, efficiently, and compassionately. What You'll Do As an Intake and Triage Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact in our patient support process. Your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and validating incoming forms for completeness and legibility * Following up with stakeholders to gather missing or unclear information * Accurately entering referral data into our Program Software Platform * Creating or updating patient profiles with precision * Assessing requests and aligning them with appropriate services/resources * Identifying and reporting pharmacovigilance information (e.g., Adverse Events) * Triaging referrals and coordinating with case managers for next steps * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently * Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and proprietary information * Adhering to SOPs and training deadlines What You Bring * High school diploma or equivalent (AA degree or some college preferred) * 1+ year of experience in triage, intake, or disease management * Strong communication skills-both written and verbal * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Team player with adaptability and flexibility * Ability to work assigned shift hours * Local to Morrisville, NC preferred (on-site training required) Preferred Skills * Medical insurance & reimbursement knowledge * Benefits verification & administration * Familiarity with Medicare * Experience with medical records, labeling, and Epic systems Location * Morrisville, NC - On-site training required, then transition to remote work!
