Location: NY, NJ, or PA - Hybrid About the Role The Live Casino Associate Manager will lead the strategy, performance oversight, and promotional planning for BetMGM's Live Casino portfolio. Working closely with our casino content and promotions teams, this role helps prioritize supplier roadmaps, support upcoming launches, and ensure high-potential content receives the visibility it deserves across regulated iGaming markets. The role also includes optimizing table performance through management of minimum bets and hours of availability to drive revenue on limited-capacity tables. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on iGaming professional with a passion for live content and a focus on player engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and excels at working independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Performance Management
Performance tracking: In collaboration with game suppliers, regularly monitor KPIs including turnover, GGR, player activity, and retention across all Live Casino games identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance player engagement. Insight analysis: Conduct performance reviews by game type, table, provider, and jurisdiction to identify trends and opportunities.
Supplier Management
Supplier oversight: Act as the key liaison between BetMGM and live casino suppliers to communicate priorities, address issues, and drive timely launches. Issue resolution: Promptly escalate technical or presenter-related issues.
Content & UX Optimization
Lobby optimization: Coordinate with Casino Content team, recommending improvements to game positioning, feature categories, and Live lobby layout to maximize player engagement. Content alignment: Work with Product teams to ensure the Live Casino experience reflects strategic priorities.
Promotions & Campaigns
Campaign planning: Work with Promotions and CRM teams to develop promotional strategies for new and existing live games, ensuring Live content is appropriately marketed. Effectiveness review: Analyze campaign outcomes, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations in each jurisdiction.
Strategic Initiatives
Growth opportunities: Identify and assess supplier, table and jurisdictional expansion opportunities. Branded experiences: Support branded tables, celebrity integrations, and other unique content that sets BetMGM apart.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
iGaming expertise: 5+ years of experience in online casino operations, with direct exposure to Live Casino preferred. Supplier integration: Deep understanding of third-party supplier relationships, technical integration processes, and content onboarding. Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with marketing, product, CRM, compliance, and analytics teams. Data-driven mindset: Skilled in using data to inform strategic decisions, track KPIs, and optimize campaign and product performance. Project coordination: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail in roadmap planning, table launches, and campaign execution. Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements, particularly across U.S. iGaming states and Ontario. Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to varied stakeholders. Innovative thinking: Passion for gaming innovation and player engagement, with a drive to test new things and continuously improve the Live Casino experience.
The annual salary range for this position is $95000 to $115000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
