Digital Marketing Manager The Digital Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving the Company's revenue growth by supporting strategic marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining clients. This role requires strategic thinking coupled with a tactical approach to designing and implementing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, grow our revenue pipeline, and enhance brand visibility. This role reports directly to the EVP of marketing and Proven Previous experience in Demand Generation is required. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, events, webinars, paid media, partnerships, social media, and newsletters
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions
- Own quarterly demand generation KPIs and marketing attribution goals
Content Strategy & Creation
- Build content strategy tailored to buyer personas across the customer journey
- Research, write, and optimize content in all formats (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos)
- Develop deep understanding of Gregory & Appel's business lines to ensure content alignment with target audiences
Analytics & Optimization
- Manage data entry, campaign tracking, and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Provide campaign-level analysis, insights, and recommendations for future optimization
- Use data-driven insights to refine content and improve KPIs and engagement
- Evaluate marketing technology stack for effectiveness
Events & Webinars
- Organize and promote events/webinars as part of demand generation strategy
- Execute pre-event, live, and post-event activities to attract and convert leads
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work cross-functionally to support marketing programs across company verticals
- Ensure consistent brand experience and messaging
- Stay current on industry trends, market insights, and competitive strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with other marketing projects and activities as needed

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office per week
Experience and Skills
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a demand generation or digital marketing role with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- Ability to see the big picture of our marketing strategy.
- Ability to analyze and comprehend data trends and forecasting + digital performance metrics.
- Experience using Salesforce dashboards and reporting, and HubSpot.
- Proficient understanding of paid channels (PPC, social, display), including their role in funnel stages and contributions to KPIs.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches to demand generation.
- Extensive experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of Wordpress, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- A team-player mentality with a collaborative spirit to work with multiple teams across the organization, yet able to work autonomously.
- Extraordinary ability to project manage individual tasks and priorities, using team planning tool (Monday.com) to manage content and campaign planning.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
