The opportunity The Senior Manager, Learner Equity Programs will be a cross-functional leader responsible for advancing SNHU's learner equity priorities through strategic program development, insight generation, and institutional collaboration. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Learner Equity, you will guide projects that enhance student belonging, engagement, and support across the learner experience. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
