As the Customer Advocacy Program Manager, you bring these values to life by highlighting the customer successes across industries and portfolio, with an emphasis on identifying key value and results. You will scale our library of customer stories for sales and brand awareness marketing. You have a customer-first mentality and a passion for storytelling and creative expressions. You are a skilled cultivator of both customer and internal relationships and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their customer advocate needs. This is a hybrid role based at either our Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights facility, and will report into the Senior Content & Messaging Manager. What you will do:
