Ramboll is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager to manage the engineering, procurement, and construction of projects. They are responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Your new role

As our new EPC Senior Project Manager, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing innovative and sustainable solutions to an international client base. We are seeking motivated and qualified candidates for this position in our Blue Bell, PA office.

Your key duties will include:

  • Being responsible for successful delivery of EPC projects to include opportunity identification, proposal development, project award, staffing development, execution and closeout.
  • Managing project budgets, staff application, quality and client relationships on projects to meet deadlines and project success criteria
  • Coordinating resources, vendors, and third-party subcontractors
  • Utilizing standardized Ramboll tools, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the following;
    • Define project scope and objectives
    • Develop project plans
    • Track project progress
    • Manage client and stakeholder relationships
    • Ensure Ramboll QA/QC procedures are implemented
    • Manage invoicing and financials
    • Develop proposals
    • Perform risk management
    • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Reviewing staff performance and provide input on hiring and staff performance evaluations
  • Being responsible for staff management and career development of junior staff as needed

About you

These include:

  • 10+ years of experience managing EPC projects for industrial manufacturers or similar complex industries
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in engineering, procurement, and construction management
  • Team Leadership and Development - strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients, resolve conflicts, and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Strong project delivery experience in industrial and pharmaceutical experience.
  • Knowledgeable in hazardous materials characterization and disposal strategies to include sampling and disposal outlet validation.
  • PMP certification desired

Salary Transparency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $136,000 to $180,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
