We are excited to welcome a Record Advisor onto the team who will play a key role in supporting leadership and providing guidance to Records team members in standard methodologies for reviewing and processing records in accordance with our Records Management IMS Process and governing document standards. This is more than a support role- it's a strategic position that ensures accuracy, integrity, and compliance for records critical to our Gas Transmission projects. Our newest team member will play a key role in managing records in the maintenance, storage, and eventually disposition stages of the records lifecycle and will collaborate across departments and provide hands-on support to ensure project records are complete and aligned with business needs. Your ability to have a high-level understanding of project scopes and recognize the documentation required for various work activities will be essential to your success. Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
