Requirements | 1 year of call center experience + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products + Excellent communication skills

*Medical experience is helpful

Call Center Representative responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls, performing customer intake, data entry, insurance verification, gathering and verifying proper documentation, and completing the shipping process for customers, ensuring compliance with company requirements, fostering professional relationships between healthcare professionals and customers, providing updates on patient order status, thoroughly notate accounts, expediting services when needed, providing patients with an explanation of documents, and maintaining confidentiality with customer information.

Shift Details



  • 1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday
  • Pay | $15 per hour
