We're seeking a Quality Inspector who thrives in a hands-on environment and understands the importance of quality standards in a manufacturing setting.


What You'll Do:


  • Interpret and inspect mechanical components based on engineering drawings and blueprints



  • Perform in-coming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with all dimensional and visual standards



  • Use standard quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify part tolerances



  • Analyze and interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications



  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues



  • Accurately document inspection results and enter data into a quality management system



  • Create and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defective materials or components



  • Ensure all parts meet Quality Control procedures and industry standards




What You Bring:


  • Working knowledge of Quality Control principles and inspection procedures



  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and GD&T callouts



  • Strong documentation and communication skills



  • Familiarity with quality systems and non-conformance tracking



  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
