What You'll Do
As our Corporate Recruiting Manager, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for senior-level positions.
- Promote a compelling employer brand that is a magnet for top talent. Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance brand awareness.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Drive operational excellence and alignment across recruitment processes and systems. Modify current recruiting procedures and develop new ones as needed.
- Optimize each stage of the recruitment process to be seamless, engaging, and candidate-centric.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities are compliant with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency. Maintain detailed records of recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting process and drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve screening and selection tools and techniques to increase the accuracy and efficiency of candidate selection.
- Stay current on trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment. Assist in the development and delivery of training where needed in the HR department and the business.
- Lead and manage internal recruiter(s) to ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide indirect leadership to hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with recruitment best practices and company goals.
- Build quality relationships with external recruitment agencies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- 5+ Years of Recruitment Experience: Specifically for salaried positions across various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, finance, IT, Quality Assurance, and Engineering
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills are required. Previous direct supervisory experience in recruitment is strongly preferred
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Experience in managing the entire recruitment process for both entry-level professionals and senior-level leaders
- Manufacturing Sector Experience: Preferred experience in recruiting within the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance: Understanding relevant regulations and the ability to conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in Recruitment Software and Tools: Familiarity with AI and data analytics for sourcing candidates is highly desirable
- Certification in Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Certifications such as Lean or Six Sigma are preferred
