Description

Coordinate with upper management and CNATRA to oversee long term building maintenance projects to ensure completion in a timely manner.
Maintains all other assigned buildings to include buildings 4766, 4786, 3742, 760, and 3741.
Submits trouble calls and TF-1 to Public Porks and CNATRA
Assist with the duties of ordering and maintaining all hazardous material within Facilities Maintenance work center, to include weekly inspections, monthly inventories, and maintaining SDS binders
Be knowledgeable in the creation and use of EXCEL spreadsheets and other programs to help track the numerous trouble-calls that are submitted daily
Aids in the creation of writing scopes of work and ROIs for long term projects
Ability to troubleshoot various electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of HVAC PLC module operations
Be able to provide basic maintenance and operations of breathing air compressors and air dryers.
Provide monthly MMP and 350 reports as required
Coordinate with vendors and OEM manufacturers to maintain all equipment and source replacement parts
Be knowledgeable in ordering parts through the supply system
Have exceptional communications skills to represent V2X when speaking with all customers
Able to be pass a respirator physical and be qualified for its use

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Must have a minimum of HS diploma or equivalent. In the past six (6) years, must have three (3) years' experience with HAZMAT and corrosion control equipment maintenance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a level or security clearance required by the Company and/or Government.
Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
Must have a valid state driver's license and be able to pass the Government licensing requirements. Must be able to read, speak, write legibly, and understand the English language.
Must have a working knowledge of basic computer systems. OOMA experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
This classification activity is usually accomplished in a paint shop environment and as such requires the scope of physical movements and postures normally associated with this activity. May be required to lift objects whose weight normally will not exceed 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to have a safe fit around the face for a full respirator.
Must successfully pass a company physical prior to employment/promotion and annually thereafter.
Work Environment:
The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, to an environment where inclement weather may subject individual to severe changes of temperature, wind, rain, etc. May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May be exposed to electrical shock hazards.
