Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the deployment and initial configuration of data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and SAN switches (main hardware brands: Lenovo, NetApp, IBM, Brocade).
2. Perform firmware and firmware upgrades for hardware devices.
3. Conduct routine administration and inspection of hardware equipment.
4. Handle hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repair requests.
5. Manage the hardware lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and retirement.
Qualifications
1. Over 5 years of experience in server and storage operation and maintenance; familiar with hardware maintenance skills for mainstream brands such as Lenovo, NetApp, and IBM.
2.Proficient in server hardware architecture (e.g., CPU, memory, RAID cards) and troubleshooting methods.
3).Solid understanding of SAN/NAS technologies (including FC and iSCSI protocols), multipath configuration, and storage virtualization.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, with excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
