We're looking for a Staff Quality Compliance Specialist who's ready to jump in and make an immediate impact in the medical device space. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong understanding of regulatory affairs and trade compliance, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing * Lead and support regulatory and field action processes, including product recalls. * Serve as a trusted advisor on global trade compliance, including import/export controls, sanctions, valuation, and trade agreements. * Analyze and determine product classification, customs valuation, and country of origin using HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN. * Monitor and interpret changes in trade laws and regulations, updating internal policies accordingly. * Drive communication strategies and ensure regulatory alignment across departments. * Collaborate with leadership to support field compliance initiatives and cross-border projects. * Navigate product movement and documentation with precision. * Educate internal teams on compliance requirements and maintain procedural documentation. What We're Looking For * 5+ years of compliance experience in the medical device industry (required). * Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, ISO standards, and field action protocols. * Experience in import/export compliance within a global organization. * Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, law, supply chain, or related field (preferred). * RAC, ASQ or ISO certification is a plus. * Must be able to work PST hours. * Must pass a drug test and background check. * Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
