Sales Support, National Construction

Location: Burr Ridge, IL

The Sales Support, National Construction role is responsible for supporting the construction business across LG&E and will collaborate with both internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the creation and execution of all proposals and RFQ's for construction projects across LG&E.
• Create and implement new account set up.
• Point of contact for all customer services issues, answering questions and resolving problems.
• Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems.
• Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.
• Assists sales teams with securing customers by preparing analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate.
• Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner.
• Makes recommendations to external customers.
• Coordinates projects and internal customers across regions within LG&E.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Individual must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented.
• Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Drive for results and performance driven.
• Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations.
• Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred.
