STV is seeking a Digital Development Specialist to join our Digital Advisory department at our New York, NY; Boston, MA; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; or Denver, CO offices.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of PMIS platforms, streamline digital workflows, and introduce emerging technologies to enhance project delivery across major infrastructure and transportation programs. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals-delivering solutions that drive efficiency, data transparency, and innovation across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation strategies focused on PMIS implementation, data governance, and system interoperability.

  • Drive PMIS implementation and optimization of enterprise systems like Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, and other industry-leading solutions.

  • Apply knowledge of emerging technologies (ex. Digital Twin and AI Tools) to enhance project execution, operational management, and PMIS performance.

  • Coordinate the implementation of both out of box and custom digital solutions, including web applications and data validation tools.

  • Support clients through digital transformation by aligning tools and strategies with business objectives and governance requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops to assess client digital maturity and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.

  • Coordinate the integration of data-driven decision-making tools such as dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions.

  • Monitor industry trends to inform solution development and maintain a forward-looking digital strategy.

  • Support the development of project cost management solutions within PMIS platforms for budget and contract tracking.

  • Collaborate with digital product experts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver integrated digital solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), digital advisory, technology consulting, or with a focus on digital transformation in the AEC industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven hands-on experience with PMIS platforms such as Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, ACC, PMWeb, or similar systems.

  • Understanding of the AEC industry, with experience managing digital solutions for commercial, transportation, and infrastructure projects.

  • Exposure to digital initiatives involving process automation, data integration, and governance strategies.

  • Exposure to strategic planning, business development, and operational optimization for large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.

  • Familiarity with complementary technologies like BIM, GIS, Power BI, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

  • Experience with AI integration, predictive analytics, or other advanced digital tools is a plus. * Ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Clear and confident communicator, skilled at engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements, workshops, and project delivery needs.

Compensation Range:

$82,265.06 - $109,686.74
