Position Summary: TUV SUD's Global Risk Consultant (GRC) Team is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our growing Project Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering fire protection code consulting, construction project management, and technical training services across a range of client engagements. This is a high-impact role that collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and excellence in project delivery. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design issues that may arise during construction or system installation. Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules. Conduct training sessions using methods such as instructor-led, virtual, and online courses. The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $130,000-$135,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off. Your qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Solid knowledge of fire protection codes and standards. Familiarity with construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices is highly desired. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Effective time management, decision-making, and negotiation abilities. Fundamental competencies form the foundation for individual and organizational success in TUV SUD and apply to all employees and showcase behaviors aligned to TUV SUD values and culture cornerstones and will be evaluated in performance assessments.
